Binge-eating is a concept many of us or many people that are on a diet have to cope with, including me. Mostly when you are on a diet, you cut every of many sweetened foods. Which means that after a while, your body will start craving such foods and it will be harder to ignore this feeling and 9 on 10 times you will give in. That is why you don't have to or can't refuse your body these foods for a long time. It will be much easier to stick with your diet when you reward yourself once in a while. Not every day and not with whatever you want, but with a little piece of chocolate or some candy. For me, to do this, it's best to calculate my calories per day. When I give myself a treat, I reward my good efforts, but still know how much I have left to eat. Due to this, you won't be eating excessively.
